You know what I find are the times I miss Zach the most? Its the times when it should be "family" time. Such as Halloween. I know its silly. But I really wanted him there tonight to see the girls dressed up as Princess and a Bat. To see Ally get scared by the people dressed up handing out candy.
Anyway. I know its gonna get a little rougher going into the holidays. But soon after that he'll be home! and thats Great :D
Ok folks I know its been FOREVER since I last blogged, as Im sure you have guessed or already know my life is EXTREEMLY busy!! and look we are at day 230! :D WHATT???!?!?! we are under 150 days to go!
Zach was home on RnR about a month ago. We had an absolute blast. Although he didn't make it home until 3 days AFTER Kaylee's birthday and left early in the am on my birthday we still had quite a bit of fun to include a WONDERFUL family vacation (cell phones off, no computer) for 3 days at Great Wolf Lodge! It really has solidified that nothing can change us in our relationship we seriously grow stronger the longer we go!! We ARE Meant to be together!! I love him so incredibly much.
I finally put Ally back in regular school a week ago Friday and she LOVES it! She says her least favorite part of it is coming home. Although I am happy to report that she says there are no cute boys in her class. So that always makes Dad proud. Ally and I are EXTREEMLY involved in Girl Scouts now. When I say involved I mean as to the fact I am now a "Group" Leader of 5 troops and the County Service Unit Sales Manager. Ally is also in dance class on Wednesdays and Swimming on Thursday. I seriously considered putting her in gymnastics on Mondays but decided against it since that would give us absolutly no week nights off!
Kaylee is walking around and insists on CLIMBING On everything and is a regular Evil Knevil. And she thinks its funny when she scares Mom and Grandma. She picks up on things and adds to her vocabulary daily! She knows how to sign "More" and "Please" and I have yet to decide what word to teach her next.
In July we had adopted a flame point siamese kitten from the Wenatchee shelter and he was named " Chief Whoppers Marcus Mystery" and traveled well all the way from Washington. He was honestly the best kitten I've ever met and everyone who met him agreed. However, sadly we had to put him to sleep on the night of Kaylee's birthday due to the fact he started having seizures. But 5 days after we buried him we welcomed Garfield a 4 year old flame point siamese into our home. (we adopted him from our vet) Garfield is 15 lbs solid cat (not fat cat) he is extreemly cross eyed and a love cat who drools when he is purring. He's not Chief but he and Teddy get along great (the majority of the time) and hes a great addition to our family.
Well Im gonna head to bed tonight...............I'll catch up more tomorrow
